I have taken yoga classes as well as nutrition coaching from Preet in the last 6 months, and I am very pleased with the results. Preet is extremely patient and a great listener- she put in a lot of effort to understand my condition, needs and goals, and accordingly advised me on nutrition and yoga exercises. Throughout the 6 months that we worked together, Preet was proactive, supportive and also my accountability partner. She helped me stay on track, and continued customising the program as I made progress. I really enjoyed working with her and feel I am in better physical and mental health now, thanks to her coaching. Some of the invaluable things I learnt from her (like what to pay attention to on packaged food labels, simple exercises to relieve back stiffness/pain, picking food/ingredients that align with the specific nature of our body and environment) will hopefully hold me in good stead for a long time.
