I loved the combination of yoga to strengthen and tone the body and Chakra meditation towards the end of the session to help calm and relax the nervous system and mind. These sessions gave me a reset of mind, body, and soul. I left these sessions feeling refreshed and looking forward to the next one. The instructor was engaging and patient. She went at a great pace and showed modification to various yoga poses if needed, due to medical reasons or injury. I highly recommend these yoga sessions.
