I truly enjoyed working with Preet ! Before starting my sessions with her, I was really struggling with high stress levels. My sleep was greatly affected, as was my digestion, and I had a hard time focusing. Preet’s calming and friendly energy makes you feel at ease and at home in your body. Every session is like a spa experience.
My sessions were in the evening, which was very helpful in winding down and relaxing for the day. My sleep improved tremendously, and so did my digestion. My brain is finally able to slow down and relax, and I am now more mindful and present in the moment.
