In this personalized 90-minute 1:1 cooking session over Zoom, you’ll have the opportunity to choose three dishes from a pre-selected menu of authentic Indian vegetarian recipes. I will guide you step-by-step in creating these wholesome meals, using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques to nourish your body and expand your cooking skills.

What You Will Get:

Choose Your Dishes from a Set Menu:
After booking, I’ll provide you with a set menu of Indian vegetarian dishes (e.g., Black Lentils, Aloo Gobi, Masala Rice, Paneer Tikka, Vegetable Curry). You can choose any three dishes from the list to prepare during the session.

Pre-Session Prep Instructions:
Once you’ve selected your dishes, I’ll send you a detailed list of ingredients to purchase before our session. You’ll also receive any prep instructions such as soaking lentils or steaming vegetables, so we can get started right away during our Zoom meeting.

Step-by-Step Cooking Instruction:
During our 1:1 Zoom session, I’ll guide you through each dish, explaining the cooking process step-by-step. You’ll learn techniques like tempering spices, slow-cooking curries, and making perfect rice, with personalized feedback and tips as you cook along.

Cook-Along Session:
You’ll cook with me in real-time, following along as I provide instructions and offer guidance. You’ll feel supported throughout the session, and I’ll answer any questions you have to ensure you’re confident in each cooking step.

Skills & Techniques for Future Cooking:
