I offer a diverse range of practices tailored to your needs, including Vinyasa Yoga for a dynamic and flowing experience, Gentle Yoga for a slower, more
restorative session, Chakra Meditation to balance your energy and enhance mindfulness, and Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) to calm the mind, reduce
stress, and sharpen focus. Each class is thoughtfully designed to leave you feeling grounded, energized, and centered, regardless of your experience level.
Additionally, I can customize the sessions for your personal 1:1 sessions with Doshas, which focus on balancing the mind and body.
5. How do I join your online yoga classes?
Joining is easy! Once you book your class, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including the Zoom link. Please make sure your space is set up with a
yoga mat and any props you might need (blocks, straps, etc.). I will send you everything you need in advance, including any prep work or instructions, to
ensure you’re fully ready for a focused and peaceful practice.
6. Can I participate in the classes if I have a specific injury or condition?
Absolutely! I offer personalized modifications to accommodate injuries or specific conditions. Feel free to let me know before class if you have any concerns,
and I’ll guide you through practices that are safe and effective for your body.
7. What should I have ready before the class?
You’ll need a yoga mat, some comfortable clothing, and a quiet, peaceful space. I’ll also send you any necessary prep work or special equipment (like props
or blankets) that may be useful for the class.
8. What type of cooking classes do you offer?
I offer Indian online cooking classes that focus on vegetarian recipes. I provide a set menu for each class, and you’ll have the option to choose the recipes of
your choice to be cooked. I’ll guide you through the preparation and cooking of each dish in real-time, using fresh, wholesome ingredients. You’ll learn how
to make delicious Indian vegetarian meals that nourish both your body and soul.
9. Do I need to be an experienced cook?
Not at all! My classes are designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, I’ll guide you through each recipe with step-by-step
instructions, offering tips and modifications as needed.
10. How do I prepare for an online cooking class?
Once you sign up, I’ll send you the full recipe list, ingredients, and any prep work or utensils you’ll need in advance. Please make sure to set up your kitchen
and have everything ready for the class. We’ll be using Zoom to cook together, and I’ll guide you through each vegetarian recipe in real-time, ensuring an
interactive and fun experience.
11. Do I choose the recipes in advance?
Yes, Once you sign up, I’ll send you the full recipe list, ingredients, and any prep work or utensils you’ll need in advance. Please make sure to set up your
kitchen and have everything ready for the class. We’ll be using Zoom to cook together, and I’ll guide you through each vegetarian recipe in real-time,
ensuring an interactive and fun experience.
12. Do I recieve the recipes in advance?
Yes! You will receive a set menu of vegetarian recipes, and from there, you can select recipes of your choice to cook during the session. I’ll send you the
details and ingredients ahead of time, so you can have everything ready to go.
13. How do I join the online cooking class?
After booking, I’ll send you a Zoom link along with any additional prep instructions. Make sure to have your kitchen set up and the ingredients ready to go.
I’ll guide you through the cooking process step-by-step, and you can ask questions during the class.
14. What kind of cooking utensils will I need for the class?
I’ll send you a list of necessary utensils ahead of time, but generally, you’ll need basic kitchen tools like pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, and spoons. For
any special utensils, I’ll let you know in advance.
15. Do you offer personalized coaching or cooking classes?
Yes! I offer personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, personal 1:1 yoga classes and private cooking lessons.
16. What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that all sessions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked. I ask that you carefully check your schedule before making a booking. If
something comes up, I can offer to reschedule at my discretion, depending on availability.

18. How long are your coaching sessions?
My health & wellness coaching sessions are 40 minutes each. During our time together, we’ll focus on your unique goals and challenges, with actionable
steps to support your progress.
19. How long is a Chakra Meditation session?are your coaching sessions?
Chakra meditation sessions are 30 minutes. These sessions focus on balancing and aligning your energy centers through guided meditation and
breathwork, helping to promote inner peace and healing.
20. How long is a Vinyasa Yoga session?
Vinyasa yoga sessions are 60 minutes. In this session, we flow through various postures, connecting breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and
mindfulness.
21. What is the duration of the Gentle Yoga + Chakra Meditation session?
This combined session lasts 60 minutes. We integrate gentle yoga to warm up the body and chakra meditation to restore balance and calm, making it a
wonderful practice for relaxation and inner healing.
22. How long are the online Indian cooking classes?
Online Indian cooking classes are dependent on the number of dishes you want to cook. One dish will take 45 minutes, two dishes will take 90 minutes, and
three dishes will take 120 minutes.
23. What if I need to reschedule a session?
Since all sessions are non-cancellable and non-refundable, I do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Please reach out as
soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and I’ll try to find a suitable time for you.
24. Can I schedule a free consultation before committing to a package?
Yes! I offer a free consultation for those interested in coaching or private yoga sessions. This allows us to discuss your goals, explore how my services can
help, and ensure that we’re a good fit before moving forward with any packages.

If you’re missing a few ingredients, I’ll offer suggestions for substitutions or modifications. I want to make sure the cooking experience is accessible to
